The President of the Parliamentary European Union Affairs Committee Agnieszka Pomaska will participate on 18th and 19th January in a meeting with representatives of the EU Affairs Comitee from German Bundestag, French National Assembly and Polish Senate and Sejm in a metting on a cooperation within the Weimar Triangle. The main aim of the appointment is to serve the elaboration of new forms of activity.
During the two-day meeting in Berlin MPs will discuss on the multiannual financial framework for 2014-2020 and the Stability Pact and fiscal union, including the rights of participation and the role of national parliaments.
In addition, the agenda provides a topic about the enlargement of the European Union, concerning in particular the three countries: Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia. The plan includes also the analysis of selected priorities of Danish Presidency of the European Union Council.
