Quirites in ancient Rome were full-fledged citizens who had the right to speak in matters of national importance. Similarly, a group of quirks, which at the invitation of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation meet twice a year, debate important, current social and political challenges. The group consists of young and middle-aged experts, scientists, journalists, representatives of state institutions and NGOs who already have some experience working in the Polish-German environment.
